Ingredients

  • Bottom Layer
  • 2 cups rice crisp cereal
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp water
  • Top Layer
  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 1/3 water
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • ½ cup chopped chocolate
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp almonds (I used soaked almonds)
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

You need 2 same sized bowls to start this recipe.

Bottom Layer
  1. First, mix the rice crisp cereal in a medium sized bowl with cacao powder and water in order to make the cacao powder stick to the cereal.
  2. Next, put 1 cup of each rice crisp mixture in each bowl.
Top Layer
  1. Blend 3 frozen bananas with water and peanut butter in a high speed blender. Next, pour on top of bottom layer of each bowls.
  2. Top the bowls with chopped chocolate,  peanut butter, almonds, and shredded coconut.
