When we feel like a great healthy and hearty breakfast in the morning we look no further then our Easy Buckwheat Pancakes.  These quick, easy and straight from the blender buckwheat pancakes will have you making them over and over again.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Buckwheat Groats (Turned Into Flour with a High-Speed Blender)
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp Flax Seeds (grounded) + 3 Tbsp Water [Flax Egg]
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 Cup Almond Milk (Vanilla)
  • Pinch of Salt

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix 1 Tbsp of grounded Flax Seed with 3 Tbsp Water (Flax Egg).  Set aside.
  2. With a high-speed blender, blend and turn the Buckwheat Groats into flour.
  3. Next, add the baking powder, cinnamon, banana, peanut butter, almond milk, salt and flax egg to the blender.
  4. Blend on High.
  5. Heat up a skillet on medium heat.
  6. Pour the mixture from the blender directly into the skillet into pancake shapes.
  7. Once the pancakes starts to bubble, flip over.
  8. Cook a couple more minutes on the other side.
  9. Stack pancakes one on top of each other to keep them warm.
  10. Enjoy!
